Hello, can anyone tell me what’s happening to my elephant ear – cup of tea? I overwinter them and most are doing well. A few of them look like this. Thank you

This is symptomatic of insect feeding. Without actually seeing the insect I can’t say what it is. Check for egg on the underside of the leaves. Remove the chewed leaves or any leaves that have eggs that you cannot squish o remove.
