Some of these daffodils are growing in full sun look like they have a little bit of cold damage on their tips. First, is this likely frost damage? And second, should I clip off down to green or simply leave the plants?

It's hard to tell if it's cold damage, but even if it is, nothing needs to be done (don't cut back the foliage tips). The bulbs should be fine, and we expect they will bloom normally.
