Hi Bob,

Thanks for reaching out to the EMG Helpline!

Day-neutral or everbearing strawberries flower throughout the summer and into the fall. A few types that perform well in northern New England are:

Seascape
San Andreas
Albion
Tribute
Tristar
Evie-2
Mara Des Bois

Our neighbors in New Hampshire have written a helpful guide that covers all types of strawberries - how to plant and maintain them. You can view it here: https://extension.unh.edu/sites/default/files/migrated_unmanaged_files/Resource006095_Rep8605.pdf

I will check to see if we have a list of sources for strawberry plants and get back to you. In the meantime, I hope you find this information helpful. We're happy to answer any other questions you might have.

Hello Bob:

Looking for a list of Vermont Garden Nurseries? Visit the list of VT Nursery & Landscape Associations VT Garden Nurseries members . (Master Gardeners cannot recommend individual nurseries).

You could also check in with local garden nurseries to see if they have suggestions on where to purchase the varieties that Jessica has recommended.
