I have a row of 5 Yews 20+ years old that have suddenly become thin and sickly. They were in great shape until this fall and suddenly started to decline. I have another 6 Yews in another location that appear to be fine. I have attached photos of 2 of the sickly ones and another that is healthy. Can they be saved? Thanks for your input!

The resolution on your photos is too low to get a good look at individual branches. Look through the following website that gives you specific things to look for. If still in doubt send a closeup of one of the branches of concern.
