Hi Margarita,
You have a couple of options.
The first and probably easiest is to move them after they flower this spring and the leaves are beginning to go dormant. At this point, you can still see them easily and they have time to settle in a bit before going dormant for the summer.
You can also move them in the fall (usually October around here)--the trick at that point is to remember where they are so you can unearth them!
You can also move them in early spring when they are beginning to grow, but this will ordinarily cause them to abort flowering for that year, so you probably won't have blossoms.
