From what I know from 50 years' experience answering consumer questions and teaching food preservation it would be VERY risky because of the oil as well as many of the low acid ingredients added to salad dressing. High heat from processing would probably also compromise the quality. Commercially they have very different processes that we cannot duplicate at home.
That said it would be safe to freeze the dressings for long term storage.
