Fermenting peppers in honey #881409
Asked August 14, 2024, 5:57 AM EDT
I keep seeing recipes for fermenting hot peppers in honey in order to make hot honey. I know you can't ferment garlic in honey due to the high water content of garlic and risk of botulism. I'm curious about the hot peppers, though. Thank you for any guidance you can provide!
