A climbing hydrangea might be a good choice. They are not too aggressive and can tolerate partial sun. They will form aerial roots, so you may want to put up a trellis of some kind to separate the plant from your building. Depending on how much sun the area gets, you might also consider a clematis, but they would need 6 or more hours of sunlight to do well.
