Identify seed pod #878706

Asked July 25, 2024, 10:48 AM EDT

In a flower bed we found seed pods in the soil. In the bed we had some day lilies, mulberry tree/bush and wild black raspberries or they could be something different. Can you tell what they are from photo attached and planting information? Thanks

Expert Response

These are the fleshy roots of a daylily, not seed pods. Here is some information on how to replant them. Make sure to remove any that are damaged, have holes in them, or are squishy.
