How often is the water bag refilled?
What size bag in gallons is it?
How long has the tree been planted?
What type soil do you have, is it sandy or loamy and easy to dig in? Or, is it hard to dig in, and sticky when wet?
Would you attach a close up of two or three leaves, taken from about 12 inches away and in focus( hold a leaf steady if it is windy)
This is likely transplant shock if the tree was planted this year. It takes 1-2 seasons for a tree this size to establish.
