Hello. I'm making strawberry freezer jam with sugar and regular Suregel. I wondered what the shelf life of this is once it's thawed and opened? Also I'm making: -a cooked strawberry rhubarb freezer jam with honey (no sugar), no pectin or Suregel. -and a cooked strawberry rhubarb freezer jam with honey (no sugar) and the no/low sugar needed Suregel. Could you tell me how long each of these three different jams will last once thawed and opened? Thank you.
