Chinese cabbage plants #872900

I bought Chinese cabbage plants at a greenhouse and planted them in my raised bed. When can I begin using them for salad?? Do I cut the leaves just above the soil?

As soon as the outer leaves are large enough to eat you can harvest them. Cut or break off the full leaf. The plant will continue to grow from the center.
