Which concentration of horticultural vinegar is best to use for killing weeds in yard and garden?

It talks about ways to make the horticultural vinegar (ranging from 10-20% in concentration (most studies appear to use 20% though)) applications more impactful. It also has a list of other natural herbicide products at the end of the document. 

At these concentrations of Acetic Acid (vinegar)  it is important to wear eye protection and gloves. Do not touch the plants until they are dry (and keep children and pets away from the sprayed area until it is dry). It is a skin and lung irritant since it is an acid. It's worth noting that grassy weeds don't generally respond well to horticultural vinegar, it will usually only burn back grasses temporarily.
