Google turns up a lot of results in regards to using comfrey, but, as far as I can tell, there are no scientific papers that back up the claims that comfrey is more beneficial in the garden than other plants. I can't recommend a recipe or endorse the use of comfrey without scientific studies that prove its usefulness in the garden. I am sorry that I cannot answer your question.
