Thank you Bill, this is extremely helpful. I also should have added what plants won’t attract deer since I was told they are around where I’ll be living.
I’ll see what I can find unless you have a list of deer resistant plants that grow on the Oregon coast.

Hi Gayle - Yes deer can be a problem in some areas. If they are hungry enough they will eat almost any plant available.
