Hello Robert,
Whether you decide to continue feeding sugar syrup depends on the colony's situation. If it's a small colony (for example, you got it this spring as a package or nuc), and it has to draw lots of comb (you have frames of foundation but not much drawn comb), then you could decide to continue feeding syrup.
If the colony has honey supers on (boxes to collect surplus honey for human consumption) then you should not feed syrup to avoid adulterating the honey with sugar syrup.
In my location (Ingham County), there has been a lot in bloom including black cherry trees, autumn olive, apples, and lilacs. Recent weather has also allowed for plenty of foraging. So, there hasn't been a need to feed bees syrup where I'm at.
