A downward leaf roll may indicate a common disorder called physiological leaf roll. This is not caused by a pathogen and may have something to do with too much soil moisture. You should water on a regular basis but let the soil dry out a little between watering. Also make sure you have good drainage for your plants. It also might be helpful to move plants into the sunlight if they have been started under plant lights.
