Dead flies in your home means they had entry to the house. They either can in in the fall or had a breeding area (garbage, rotting food) that allowed them to go through their lifecycle. if you continue to have flies you will need to find the entry point and look to eliminate any sources that support their continued breeding. The dead mouse indicates you likely have mice in your home. They enter in fall and other times there may be fluctuation in temperature. Trapping is suggested as well as finding their entry point into the house. Another option would be to hire a local pest control company.
