Rooster with eye injury #861386

I have a rooster who appears to have been pecked in and/or above the eye. It's not bleeding now but it looks like it was at one time. How do I know if it will heal on its own or if it will need antibiotics? None of the vets in my area will see a chicken.

i thought that's what i was doing.  as i said, none of the vets in my area will see a chicken.
