How can I keep bees from driving my humming birds away from the feeders?

Hi Cheryl,

The keeper of a hummingbird feeder can be quite the challenge.

The feeders filled with sugar water attract hummingbirds, but also unwelcomed guests. One way to keep bees and wasps away is with red saucer hummingbird feeders.   This way the hummingbird can reach the nectar, but insects won't.
