We planted forage peas and triticale to help with soil. Are forage peas safe for humans to eat? Any information you have would be appreciated. Thank you

Although they are intended to feed livestock or wildlife, the flowers, leaves and peas and are safe to eat. They may not taste quite what you expect, but they are not poisonous to us as long as you did not use any chemicals on them that are not food-safe.
