Thank you for providing good photos! It's certainly possible that your lisianthus have Fusarium. Although Fusarium usually enters the plant through the roots, it usually likes to take up residence in the vascular tissue. The photos suggest that there may be a root pathogen affecting your plants. Plants with compromised root systems can present symptoms that are similar to Fusarium wilt. I recommend submitting samples to our plant diagnostics lab.
