So basically you are waiting until next spring, taking a cutting with a bit of the old wood attached, dipping it in rooting compound (which you can find at a plant store) and keeping it misted after you plant it in good potting soil. There are probably videos out there if any of those steps don't make sense. And do several at a time in case some don't take (or you want to give the extras away)!
