Lemon bud moth control #819453

My Meyer lemon tree appears to be infested with Lemon Bud Moths. Are there any environmentally safe products that will get rid of them? Thanks!

Do you have photos so a firm identification can be made?
We don’t have a lot of information on citrus pests available from Oregon Extension. This article covers basic growing advice.

This IPM information from University of California is my starting source for questions like yours. The photos of pests are generally clear. Control and management methods, while California-based, often prove useful for us.
