Pressure Canning with Bouillon #815515

Hi! I know it's been asked before in the context of beef Stew, and that it was allowed in that context, but my question was more generic.
When pressure canning, is it allowed to use either better than bouillon or knorr cubes? I would like to infuse some ham flavor to my canned beans, and increase the ham flavor in the split pea soup with ham.
Both better than bouillon and knorr have a ham flavor bouillon, and I wanted to know if it was safe to dissolve in into hot water and add it to my canning.
Thank you!

Good question and both are very popular bouillons. Either is fine to use as described by dissolving in the fluids called for in the recipe.
