Pine tree identification #810688

We saw this tree in NW Corvallis. It has five-needle bundles. They look variegated. I can't figure it out. Thank you.

Hi, Susan,
Yes, that is a pine tree. The white lines along the length of the needles are common to many pine species; in fact, if you look at the number of sides of the needles that are striped, it is an identifying feature (along with the length of the needles) to help determine the species. Although your photos are excellent (thank you!) I can't  examine the needles that closely in them. If you use this resource, you should be able to identify the tree yourself. https://treespnw.forestry.oregonstate.edu/conifer_genera/spp/pine_spp.html#western_white
Note that it could be cultivar of one of the species listed. The wavy needles don't look like a straight species. The Iseli Nursery website https://www.iselinursery.com/colorful-conifers/ is a good place to look at cultivars.
