With all of the wonderful apple varieties Minnesota has, I wonder, is there a lower fructose apple that grows well here? All apples have fructose but some are more balanced with sucrose than others making them easier on us sensitive stomach folk. Looking to start a small homestead orchard. We live on a south facing bluff. Thank you!
