I recipe I find in the So Easy to Preserve for grape jelly does not have lemon juice. It is 4 cups of grape juice and 3 cups of sugar, Add sugar to juice and boil the juice over high heat until mixture sheets from spoon and process 5 minutes in boiling water bath
