Expert Response

Your tree appears to be a Norway Maple. There is a definitive way to tell a Norway Maple from other maples. Pick a leaf. You will see a white substance coming out of the end of the stem if it a Norway Maple. Crimson King is the most popular variety of the maroon leafed Norway Maples. I cannot say for certain, but, it is most likely a Crimson King. I have attached a fact sheet from the University of Arkansas that will tell you about Crimson King Norway maple. https://www.uaex.edu/yard-garden/resource-library/plant-week/crimson-king-maple-9-13-13.aspx Thanks for contacting us PD
Thank you so much!
