Is it safe to vacuum seal dried fruits in mason jars? #582635

Specifically, can you safely vacuum seal raisins or dried blueberries in mason jars for long term storage? Thank you!

Thank you for your question.

Yes, it is possible to do this. The best way to do it would be using an electric food vacuum sealer system with a jar sealer attachment.
