Pine and Spruce tree's dying ? #562831

My pine and spruce tree's seem to be dying from the bottom up. (please see pictures) Do they have a fungus? can they be saved? what can i do to save them? is there a place that i can take a sample to have it diagnosed.

Hello The photos that you sent are of a Colorado Blue Spruce. These trees have a lot of problems in Michigan. They are susceptible to several diseases and insect attack.
