How Does King Cobra Venom (and its Antivenom) Work? #479545

I know king cobras kill using neurotoxins and that the venom can cause its prey to asphyxiate, but what is the process and the times of this in humans? For example, how much time passes before it becomes troubling to breathe to impossible to breathe, and how soon does an antivenom need to be administered? How does the antivenom work and what is the process and times?
