Dear Client,
Sorry for the delay in response. It is difficult to identify your tree without seeing a close-up of the leaves themselves. Another good clue would be whether you can capture a image of any seeds or fruit on the tree.
I can narrow down the tree possibilities for you though. The tree has a very distinctive form that is called a weeping tree and the tree is deciduous (broadleaf) not coniferous. For more information on this form and a list of possible trees, follow this link. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Weeping_tree
This form "lead[s] to a bent crown and pendulous branches that can cascade to the ground. While weepyness occurs in nature, most weeping trees are cultivars"
I am familiar with the weeping ornamental fruit trees and with the ornamental weeping birch tree varieties; and can eliminate those trees from the list of possibilities. This is a very large tree and the leaves do appear to be of the shape of a beech. It is only through this process of elimination that I have reached the conclusion. So further investigation on your part may be necessary.
