This looks like an upright peperomia.  I would recommend potting it down to a smaller pot.  They would prefer bright light indirect sunlight.  I think it will do much better when it is potting into a smaller container.

Would it die if I live it in their bigger plants holder I thought it was better in the bigger  plant contender for their rots

The idea is sound.  However, all that extra potting mix will hold water and will act as a wet sock around the root system.  You can keep it in that pot just be mindful when you water and allow the potting mix to dry out between watering.
