Dusti Linnell

Professor of Practice, Family and Community Health

Jessica's background is in nutrition and works in Family and Community Health at Oregon State University Extension in Tillamook and Lincoln Counties.  She has a PhD in nutritional biology and a bachelors in nutrition science with an emphasis in biochemistry.  In her appointment in Extension Family & Community Health, Jessica works with community organizations to translate public health and nutrition research into practice. She teaches courses and works on community projects that help individuals engage in healthy eating patterns and physical activity recommendations, and reduce risk of illness and injury. She also conducts applied research to identify approaches and strategies to support dietary health on the Oregon Coast.
