Suzanne Stluka is the Food & Families Program Director for SDSU Extension. She provides leadership to the Food & Families Capstone Field Specialists in the areas of Family Resource Management, Food Safety, Gerontology, and Nutrition. Suzanne also provides leadership to the Expanded Food & Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program Education (SNAP-Ed); these programs provide health and wellness education to limited resource audiences across SD. Suzanne is a Registered Dietitian (RD). She holds a M.S. degree in Family & Consumer Sciences (Nutrition Education specialization) as well as a B.S. in Family & Consumer Sciences Education, and Nutrition (Dietetics). She is working on her Ph.D. in Human Sciences. She holds a Certificate of Training in Childhood and Adolescent Weight Management from the American Dietetic Association Commission on Dietetic Registration.
