I am currently serving as a Michigan State University Extension Educator and MSU Product Center food business counselor. I serve several counties in West Michigan. I have a Master of Sustainable Business degree from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI and as well as a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Applications from Michigan State University.
I have served as an MSU Extension Educator since 1999. My current specializations include: food business start-up support, the Michigan Cottage Food Law, food business licensing, farmers markets, and local food system education and development.
