Holly is based at WSU's Irrigated Agriculture Research and Extention Center (IAREC) in Prosser. She provides entomological expertise to the WSU Clean Plant Center Northwest. Since joining CPCNW in January 2015, she has worked with scientists and stakeholders in cherries, other tree fruits, grapes, and hops. Research activities include aphid transmission studies of newly discovered disease agents in Prunus trees and identification of the leafhopper vectors of Western X, a disease of cherries and peaches. She was previously with the WSU Extension Integrated Pest Management program from January 2003 to December 2014.
