Shrub identification
We bought a property with several mature plants. We need help identifying these three. Both pink flower plants bloom in May and the tree with the white flowers blooms in April. Any help is appreciated.

I am not completely certain, but I think the first one may be an uncommon lilac, Syringa komarowii ssp. reflexa. If you want to send more photos of the leaves, it would help with the identification. The second one is a Kolkwitzia, or Beautybush (and it certainly is!). The third is a hawthorn, Crataegus. These are all lovely spring stalwarts.
