ID these larvae?

The insects are newly hatched Brown Marmorated Stinkbugs (Halyomorpha halys), which is often abbreviated as BMSB. These invasive insects were first identified in Oregon about 10 years ago. They can be significant pests for both agriculture and home gardens, including both vegetables and tree fruits.
For information about BMSB and the beneficial, but tiny, wasp which came along with it, see https://blogs.oregonstate.edu/wimanlab/samuraiwasp/.
