I'm making syrup with raspberry juice obtained from a steam juicer. Can I use clear gel in canning process to thicken up? Do you have a procedure recipe for the method?

Unfortunately, we don't have any recipes for using Clear jel to thicken berry syrups. While it seems like it should be possible, we have not seen directions for quantities to use, additional ingredients ( lemon juice?) or adequate processing instructions.
