Hello, I was given a #10 can of prepared hominy. (See attachments) I would like to can it into qrts or pints. I have found on nationals site processing for freshly made hominy... question, since this is already cooked do I still need to process for times posted?

It is not recommended to re-can already processed hominy as you would need to reprocess in a pressure canner the product for the recommended 60 minutes for pints and 70 minutes for quarts. The quality of the product once reprocessed would be potentially poor and mushy. You could divide up the #10 can in freezer safe containers and freeze instead.
