Orchard Assessment of health and productivity

Hello, I'm searching for a resource to evaluate and assess existing 25 acre orchard consisting of Hazelnuts, Chestnuts and Kiwi's. They appear to have deferred maintenance and may be in need of trimming, removal and or pest treatment? Resources are appreciated.
