canning unpeeled potatoes

can i pressure can small (1-3 inch) unpeeled potatoes, and how long do i time the process? can i do quarts and pints?

Potatoes must be peeled to be pressure canned, frozen or dried.
You can store your small potatoes at room temperature for 1 to 2 months, unwashed, in a cool, dry, well-ventilated area away from light, which causes greening.
Washed or unwashed potatoes can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 weeks. This can reduce sprouting. However, starches will turn to sugar (causing fried potatoes to darken.)
