What is it?
So I heard buzzing around and thought it was a fly. I then I felt it land on me and saw this. What is it and is it harmful? Thanks

This looks like it might be a kudzu bug, but we would need to see clearer photos of the top and side of the insect in order to have an entomologist confirm the ID. The following two links have photos of kudzu bugs for comparison.
