What's wrong with my vine maple?
I planted this little vine maple last year, it looked great. But when it leafed out this year, well, it didn't really leaf out, and now this is what it looks like - see photo attached. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Tree leaf issues are difficult to diagnose this late in the year. Environmental stress and disease often appears the same now. Are you able to provide overall photos of the plant and a description of your planting and care for it? Do you have any spring and summer leaf photos?
You might need to wait for early spring and send photos for diagnosis then.
