Hi, I haven't canned extra produce in years, but this year we had a lot of tomatoes and also got a bushel of apples. I processed everything, and the rings sealed, but I realized after I processed stuff that in some jars I forgot to add lemon juice. Now some of my apple sauce is turning pink, but still tastes fine. I've moved it in to the fridge, but want to be sure it is okay to eat. I also forgot the lemon juice on some of the tomato sauce. Is it still safe to eat?
