albino red-tailed hawk?

I have seen this bird several times in our area (Wheatfield Twnsp - Williamston MI) and have thought it was a snowy owl from a distance. I just purchased a Canon SX70 with a "super zoom" and was able to get these photos this morning along Waldo Road. I'm thinking this is an albino red-tailed hawk but have never seen one before. Can you let me know what it really is? Thank you. Liz Wright
