Will it kill moss on my cement walkway? Even if I scrape off the top of the green stuff? Thank You!

Thank you for your question. Vinegar is not labeled for use as an herbicide, and the vinegar you have at hand is probably 5%, which is not acidic enough to rid the surface of moss. It can, however, be a hazard to you, especially the eyes, if used improperly. And, you run the risk it may harm wanted plants near the cement. Moss grows in shaded, damp environments, so, if those factors remain the same, moss will grow back.
