I have a recipe for BBQ Sauce that I really like. It is made from a ketsup base. Can I can it, what do you recommend the Ph to be. Should I use a pressure canner just to be safe

We only recommend tested recipes from researched-based sources. If you can find a recipe that is close to your homemade BBQ sauce that would give you the exact processing time to make it a safe product.
